Calzificio Bonadei is located in "the sock and hosiery valley", just a 50 minute drive from Milano. It's been family-run since 1944 and is currently managed by Gianluigi, his two siblings and his cousin. Despite the technological advancements of the (exclusively) Italian-made knitting machines, 32 full-time workers and 4 administrative staff are employed by Gianluigi to produce some of the world's finest socks.
