Second-generation factory owner Martins inherited his father’s fabric mill at early age. The mill employs a total of 70 in Rebordões, Portugal, housing decades of experience in premium fabric development and garment manufacturing. During one of our first meetings we asked Martins what, after so many years in the business, fueles his passion for textiles. The answer was short and concise: Continuous improvement.
