Located in Anqing, 500km inland from Shanghai, the shirt fabric spinning facility is a joint venture of our Shirt Fabric Mill 2, and they specialize in making some of the finest cotton yarns. This 60.000 square meter facility carries all our cotton fibers for ginning to remove impurities. Then, they use a compact spinning technology to stretch out and parallelize the fibers before twisting them into a 2-ply yarn. This spinning process helps to create a smoother finish and increase strength and elasticity during the weaving process.
