Over fifty individual steps go into producing one handcrafted shirt, and with so much complexity, meticulous attention to detail is essential. We’ve entrusted this delicate task to a family-run factory in Felgueiras, Portugal – true masters of their craft with over 60 years of shirtmaking experience. Every single time we stop by to check in on our garments, the elderly couple managing the factory greets us personally on the production floor to chat over characteristically bitter Portuguese coffee and to the humming sounds of dozens of sewing machines.
