The Denim Cut and Sampling Factory is located in the mountainous village of Urbania, 50km inland from Pesaro. Run by Paolo, the second generation management of the family business, the factory is built on half over 70 years of apparel experience, with the latest 50 years being focused near exclusively on specialization in denim. Paolos facilities are renowned for their high tech equipment and supreme quality standards. They're the powerhouse organizing the making of our denim, keeping the crucial first steps - sourcing and cutting - and the last steps - quality control and packing - under their roof. The sewing is done by their close partners at The Denim Sewing Factory, just 2h south. Throughout the years, this partnership has been powering the emergence of some of the worlds most renowned denim brands.
